You should look into an insta-pot though. I thought of it as a bit of a gimmick, but it's really nice to just stick something in there, set the timer and forget it. No stirring or checking on anything amd you make stuff in about 1/4 of the time.
I think that roast you made the other day would take about an hour, and all that pressure makes the meat tender..

And if you want a long way to cook very tender meat, get a sous vide cooker. Many restaurants use these. But it's the opposite of an insta-pot in terms of time. It adds a couple hours to cooking a steak, although its hands free and you could go for a walk while meat is in the sous vide bath..

When I made my beans, I was cooking something else. So by the time I was done, I had several meals finished

I hate pressure cookers. I always think they're going to blow up. My mum used to have one years ago with this weight thingie on top that hissed. It cooked spuds in 30 seconds.

Depends on the meat. Chicken, fish or veg stew can be made in a shorter time than that.

Chia seeds absorb a lot of liquid and are much better for you than flour..
