“The past is the past” is Fluffy’s favourite phrase but here she is yet again wallowing in it. Any excuse to bring it up and right perceived wrongs from 15 years ago. It might not be a call-out thread but it’s close enough! I’m afraid I don’t believe she’s properly over it, which is sad. It’s all there just under the surface for all to see.
I’m sorry to be frank but it’s words on a screen now and it was words on a screen then. Boo hoo.
Words on a screen can hurt, and they obviously have, as people can remember exactly what was said to them 15 years ago.
However...I don't think any of the people who caused anyone grief are around any more, they are probably trying to traumatise people on other media outlets, or occasionally window licking here, trying to pretend they are 'normal' whilst posting the odd guest post. This forum has kept the worst posters away for years, we don't want them here.
So, I agree, it is best to move on, and continue making this forum an interesting, informative, and sometimes amusing place to post.

Please Fluffy and Vam, move on from all this.

Eh? 🤷🏻♀️ I can’t speak for Fluffy, but anything that harks back more than 9 or 10 years is all waaaay before my time on forums.
In a thread principally about shit women do around each other, I simply mentioned 3 posts aimed at me over the years that stuck in my mind, and I gave the reason why I recall those 3 posts - all posted by women, btw (not including Fluffy, in case you’re wondering).
I’ve been freely posting here for well over 5 years, minus any hassle. So there’s nothing for me to ‘move on from’.
But thanks for your concern 😂

Bar one or two horrors, the nastiest people I have seen spewing their warped wrath on forums have been men, often at female posters.
I have seldom seen a male poster come to the aid of a female when she was being hounded...it's usually a woman who wades in.
