I believe she has ALL the receipts  But I’m not sure whether even he’d have the cojones to outright pardon her any time soon.
So, my guess would be that she’s been promised a pardon as one of his last acts before he leaves office in 2028. And the transfer to an upgraded quality of life in a minimal-security cushy Camp Fed facility, is to keep her happy in the meantime.
I mean, how else can she attend Yoga classes and have easy access to beauty products and hair dye?Â

My idea was good, unfortunately someone beat me to it.
I have no idea what kind of thinking could equate the American Eagle ad models words to the Nazi's...I bet they are glad someone did though, they are making a fortune.
