He shouldn't be allowed to return to school to teach at all. He is obviously mentally disturbed and needs some sort of therapy before he influences young minds.

There is a rumour going around that this individual had runs in with the school board and was accused of toxic masculinity. He may have been forced to go through those awareness courses that most employers are mandated to attend.
