It’s hilarious watching all the original Khelif supporters desperately denying their “she”s female” support, many believing that by deleting those posts it can’t be proven until, of course, screenshots are provided and then…complete silence.
World Boxing” is the governing boxing body for the next Olympics (afaik) the same Olympics where Khelif has been confident to claim he’ll again win gold so I can’t wait to hear if he’s taken this ‘invasive’ swab test...but then again why wouldn’t he, after all him and his team have repeatedly told the world he is female. This time round having ”f” on his passport is not enough as no test = no “female” boxing.

The Khelif controversy is a tricky one. It seems to boil down to is s/he a him or a her. And that seems to depend on whether you base it on his/her registered sex at birth (female, I believe (s)he had/has female genitalia) or if you base it on the latest genetic test that shows XY (male) chromosomes. In the end it probably doesn't matter which pigeonhole you use, if someone has male chromosomes they shouldn't be fighting women.

Khelif should not be permitted to keep the gold medal if it has been determined they are legally male. It is an Olympic medal for a women's event. If they are citing experiencing trauma I have no reason to doubt that, the new legislation will have ruined many transgender athlete's lives. It is not their fault that the law was amended to include them as women due to wokery gone mad only to have logic prevail and the law changed back again. It's the authorities that are to blame for this unseemly farce. I rarely agree with J K Rowling who is seemingly fixated on the topic but there is no way they should be allowed to keep a medal for a women's sporting event. What's the point in amending laws if they are not enforced!

What’s tricky about it? He never went through with an appeal re a previous banning, hasn’t gone through with his threat of suing those who claimed he was male and now hasn’t taken a swab to determine his true sex…does that sound like a bona fide female fighting for her right to fight? He has had every chance to prove his sex.
And I agree no bloke should be fighting females, in the past, now or in the future.
