Apparently Dahmer is one of the top watched shows ever on Netflix.
Some people have watched all the episodes at once, I can only stomach one a day.
It's the next thing I am going to watch on Netflix. I doubt it'll be a pleasant watch.
It's very unsettling Syl but the actors especially Evan Peters who plays him are great.
Â
I am up to ep4....I had to fast forward some of the previous 2 episodes, I hadn't eaten, and tbh, if I had watched them, I wouldn't have bothered.
He is a brilliant actor. His parents, especially his father, are portrayed as very hard and cold. I was watching an old interview they did on TV recently, his father certainly was cold...I will go back to that after I have watched the full series.

I don't think his father was that cold, just old school.  His mother seemed the unstable one. Â

His mother was definitely unstable, but his father was portrayed as pretty useless imo, very self centred. Screaming rows in front of the young Dahmer, charging out and leaving him in the hands of a distraught unstable woman, eventually leaving completely, not even knowing he was living by his himself because the mother had also left with the younger brother,
Intermittently Dahmer was living with his very elderly grandma, and her life was made a misery too by his behaviour....so imo, both parents were useless.
To top it all, the father then wrote a book about his son and their relationship, then begrudged sharing profits with the victims.

I have finished the series, and also watched TV nterviews the father and his second wife gave.
I also watched the actual trial of Dahmer...the acting out of it on the Netflix series was pretty much spot on.

Speaking of TV shows, I’ve been binge watching Yellowstone. Once into it, I couldn’t help the ‘binge’ of all 4 seasons.
Can’t wait for season 5! Which is why I’m questioning how come Raven over on Dogs is saying he’s now watching 5, when the official release date isn‘t until November 13thÂ
Anyway, if it’s available to you guys in the UK, I think most of you will enjoy it. Kevin Costner is great as the lead character, and Kelly Reilly who plays his daughter deserves every performance award going!Â

I know everything has to die eventually, but I always find it so sad when these huge sea creatures get washed ashore.

🎅🎄 ⛄ It's 78 days until Christmas Day.
Well 78 days, 21 hours and 11 minutes 🎅🎄⛄
I've been getting organised, I have a nervous breakdown, if I leave it to the last minute.

Have you got Daisy's present yet?
