I wonder who is behind all this, probably the same warped agenda ridden teachers who encourage primary school children to be proud of being gay....idiots.

There's something disturbingly paedo about this and any other activity involving sex or 'romance' that is encouraged by the left woke brigade. In light of the rapes and sexual abuse kids are suffering at the filthy hands of migrants you'd think the powers that be in schools would have more self awareness.
As the anon who posted the pic says - a 5 year old would have no idea what a refugee is or what their rights are.
Whoever is responsible for the kids making, and then posing with those cards, be it the class teacher, headmistress, or higher up, needs to be instantly fired and named and shamed in the media, and have their pics posted.
Schoolgirls are being followed and hassled for their phone numbers by migrants, and asked if they want to 'make African babies', yet some imbecile of a teacher thinks it ok to get toddlers to write valentine style cards to them.

Background: “City of Sanctuary(UK)“is a British charitable organisation whose purpose is to build a movement of welcome across the UK, predominantly for asylum seekers and refugees, by coordinating and supporting networks of community groups across the UK and Ireland. Founded by Craig Barnett and Inderjit Bhogal (refugee from Kenya). In 2007, Sheffield became the UK’s first ‘City of Sanctuary’ – "a city that takes pride in the welcome it offers to people in need of safety."… that organisation spawned "Schools of Sanctuary".
And yeah the type who indulges all those kids who identify as dinosaurs…a paid up member of the ‘love is love ok yah‘ brigade.

I remember years ago doing one of those school parent's nights, to meet my daughter's teacher. He was bemused why my child had chosen a classic poem, The Highway Man, as her project for English class. I told him because it was a good example of outstanding prose, using hexameter mixed with iambs and anapaests. The cadence is lyrical and has energy, I told him. "It's extremely well written." He looked at me as if I had two heads. He said, "But we don't put an emphasis on spelling and grammar preferring creativity over content."
I gave him the old diamond drill eye and said, "I want my child to leave school with a big enough grasp of the English language to be able to write an outstanding CV and enquiry letter for future employers. Being illiterate might get her a job at MacDonald's but we're aiming higher than that."
He didn't really have much to say after that.

Well said. I had the same conversation with the Head of my girls primary school. She thought it didn't matter if kids can't spell. I said of course it matters. How can they write letters, read words, be literate if they can't spell. I taught them to spell.
The curriculum all changed later. Ridiculous in the first place!

Most 3year olds already know if you give him a sweetie and take one away, he will end up with exactly the same amount of sweeties he started with....and it cost him nothing. It's a sad state of affairs to know the PM of Great Britain has less nous than a 3 year old.
He's a first class idiot! Unfortunately we have him for 4 more yrs! By then this country will be gone!
Mags you made me laugh even though I know this predicament is not amusing. You're right. He is acting like an.idiot regarding the hosts as Red correctly stated "one in , one out" still means..one in! Syl and yourself could run the country better when it comes to.immigration, I have no doubt.
What troubles me is he is not a stupid man. Interview with him prior to him becoming PM show this. But he must fold like a pack of cards when his nutty advisors start whispering in his ear, he just is spineless. I wish he would have more passion and actually CARE about what he's talking about.
At first I thought any immigration deal was better than nothing considering beggars cannot be choosers. But nope, upon further inspection it was obvious this one was exactly the same as nothing,!
Exactly Fluffs, got nothing from this deal. 😞
The.man's like a limp lettuce, no spine, no get up and go. In fact i wish he would get up and go ... for good!
Wow, that petition was being signed several times while I just had a quick look
939 have voted in my constituency which isn't a large number but the total is well over 500,000. The only people who seem content are The Scots.

I wouldn't have understood a word you said! It's good you were able to address your daughters teacher without repercussions though.
My mother tried to explain tactfully to my French teacher that she intimidated me a bit. She was in her early thirties and tried to be friends with the kids rather than just teach.
The next day she announced to the whole class "Well someone in here finds me intimidating...!" She glanced at me and her friends ( the students) laughed. To be honest I think she just prove my point.

“ A total of 435 migrants in seven boats were brought to shore at Dover on Saturday, according to the Home Office.” https://x.com/BBCNews/status/1954499234289381531
Starmer continues to smash it…those 5 year olds better sharpen their crayons, they have work to do.
