The cowardly bastard beat and tortured his 13 week old puppy and it's not the first time either.
His mother vouched for him to the breeder knowing full well he'd previously broken a dogs legs and abused another dog.
She should be charged as well.
Matthew has now found out that actions have consequences and he's shitting himself.
I thought it was Harry at first glance, similar vacuous smirk.
Wouldn’t surprise me to learn he’s doing this many years. “ Since the 1970s, research has consistently reported childhood cruelty to animals as the first warning sign of later delinquency, violence, and criminal behavior. In fact, nearly all violent crime perpetrators have a history of animal cruelty in their profiles”
Beavis & Butthead - apt.

I think it stands to reason, if a child is old enough to understand, them hurting an animal is just a forerunner to more horrible acts they may commit as they get older.
I do think some people have a cruel streak, whether they manage to control it as they grow will reflect on how they act as an adult.
My son came running in upset when he was about 6. A kid not much older than him had caught a frog and was blowing it up, it died.
10 years later ,I stopped the same kid repeatedly kicking another lad in the head whilst he was on the floor. The sound of boot kicking head was horrible, he obviously derived pleasure from it.

Brady, Dahmer etc they abused animals before moving on to humans.
This wee Beavis scumbag looks inadequate, just the type to abuse a dog.
A caught my neighbour hitting his dog years ago, when I threatened to thump him if he didn't stop it, he shit himself.
Typical coward.

I'll never live yesterday's humiliation down, I was tempted to throw myself in the Clyde but it's probably full of Gers fans, so I'd probably bounce back out.
Queens Park???

My mum couldnt find the original, so I had to buy one cause you can't get a telegram without it.

Went into a pub, no mention of putting car reg in. Got 100 pound fine, reduced to £60 if paid before 28 days!
We only popped in less than 20 mins!
What's happening, why do you have to put your car reg in, and get a fine if you dont! Grrrr😵

Where do you have to give reg? is there a machine in the pub car park?
Presumably if the landlord can cancel the fine it's his private carpark....I don't think I have heard of that before.
Glad you don't have to pay.

Sorry Syl, just saw this.
In some pubs now they have cameras in the car park, and a machine on the counter. If you don't put your reg in, you get nicked!
Bloody ridiculous. I don't know why.
They do it in some shops now too. Why do they think you're parking there, if not for the.pub or shop?

Ahhh, not noticed that here yet.
Is it so the car park is only used by customers?

I suppose but tbh, there's nothing around it where non pub goers would use it for.

I don't know the ins and outs, but a lot of these none council run car parks that issue tickets are not enforceable.
People pay because they don't want the hassle.

I suppose if it's their land, they can choose who parks there. I simply wouldn't go into a pub spending my money if I had to pay car park fees.
They should have very visible signs telling people they have to register their reg No...if they don't, I doubt they would have a leg to stand on if people refused to pay their extortionate 'fines'.

Going for a walk? Living nearby or visiting friends where there's limited parking at home? I think you can understand a pub doing it if it means customers can't park if spaces are being used by non pub goers. They're having to run a business, after all. Although it's a bit dodgy if the pub you went to had no signs warning about the arrangement. Maybe they did and you just didn't see it?

I'm arranging tickets for various outings for Maw and Paw when they go to Edinburgh.
It's an expensive place the Capital.
I mean it's £20 each just to get on the Royal Yacht Britannia and then it's £4.70 for a scone and the cheapest cup of tea starts at a fiver.
Then there's the theatre and it's extortionate as well and no concessions for pensioners.
I thought it was Harry at first glance, similar vacuous smirk.
