Starmer says he is very much in favour of free speech, but very much against incitement to violence.
Lucy Connolly, who had no previous record, admitted from the start she was wrong to post that tweet. She deleted it the same day before any violence broke out in Southport, she was giving her own opinion, not inciting others to do what she rashly said at the time.
She had lost a child herself, knew of the agony those families of the murdered little girls were going through, she made one post in anger and grief.
Ricky Jones was cleared of encouraging violent disorder after he publicly called for far right activists throats to be cut. Muslims can openly threaten our way of life, even make online videos of how to murder your wife if she displeases her Muslim husband, yet they go free and she was jailed....
Britain truly is broken.

I’ve been reading about yesterday’s nationwide protests.
To be clear, I’m not in favour of indiscriminate ‘blanket’ repatriation. I believe immigrants can (and have) integrated quickly and can (and have) proved themselves to be useful, productive members of their communities. Especially so, when they are experts in their professional fields.
But, perhaps crudely, I liken the UK to a sponge. If you keep filling it and filling it with water, it becomes saturated and completely unfit for purpose. So, I can certainly understand the anger and vitriol of British taxpayers towards the endless streams of obviously dodgy chancers, who are floating in on a daily basis.

Union Jacks and St George flags are starting to crop up everywhere, including the area where the 12 year old girl was sent home from school for wearing a union jack dress. They usually come out when England are playing in a major tournament, and while the women's rugby world cup is just starting, there are too many for that particular tournament, as women's rugby is quite niche.
It seems they are coming out in response to the immigrant situation, which will make the woke liberal lefties explode with rage, as they see our national flags as being racist in the first place, let alone directly in response to immigration. I hope it snowballs, as it will send a message to the idiots running the country that the public have had enough. It's a great way to protest imo - at least Starmer can't have the flags arrested!
The flags below are close to an asylum hotel in Canary Wharf
The more flags the merrier aswell. This is England, fly our flag.

What's the betting someone will think the red cross means THIS IS NOT A ROUNDABOUT and drives straight across it.

Amazing how some councils paint zebra crossings in Pride colours despite police horses refusing to cross them, yet think a red cross painted on these roundabouts is "vandalism, dangerous".
The UK must be the only country where waving patriotic flags is seen by some as being hateful (yeah, I know many question the motives)...ISIS, Pakistani, Palestine = ok, Union Jack, St George = inciting violence.

I've been watching some videos of the protests. Seems to be kicking off a bit over there.
I kind of want to see the cops stand down and let the two sides go at it.😉

Why though?
Thei illegal immigrants and asylum seekers would watch from their hotel windows, and still keep coming in droves.

There’s enough violence on the streets as it is, thank you very much.

I like a good rugby scrum.
It still baffles me that your Labour Party hasn't learned shit from our Democrat Party in terms of immigration.
Do you want an authoritarian populist like Trump?.
Because this is how you get one.
Starmer should have boats ready to take folks back to France as fast as they come across. A few weeks of that, and everyone will have a new outlook.
