This is probably down to my TDS, but…I dunno 🤷🏻♀️…everything just seems to have steadily gotten so much worse since that demonic aberration descended on that tacky escalator just 10 years ago.
It‘s like his toxic presence has been the catalyst to embolden and empower the worst of humanity.
I'm sure those suffering with TDS will be capering with joy to think he's lost a close friend. I blame the woke culture, the nurturing of victimhood, the enabling of entitlement and the delusion that no fucker but a woke leftie has the right to free speech.
(I’m not capering) I couldn’t stand Charlie Kirk‘s divisive extremist rhetoric, and the shameless lies he spewed. That doesn’t mean I’m not saddened by his young family’s loss.
You know what, Diggs? I believe the vast majority of people, of wildly differing political views, religious denominations and ethnicities, just want to peacefully and tolerantly go about their lives without too much drama. They yearn for politics to be boring again.
It’s always a minority who makes things worse for the majority.
Agree completely and utterly.
Most people do.just want peaceful lives. Kirk said some terrible things but nobody except daft kids on.Tik Tok and sociopaths would want to see him dead. 31 is no age. It's a waste of a life.
Yet a Democrat in.office was murdered a year ago due to political violence (I would have to Google to find out the gentleman 's name, that's how important his death was considered.) The media in America barely mentioned it and I don't think Trump did either. Yet Kirk 's passing apparently means war and he has been made into a martyr. Why is
But people also want life to be fair and not chaotic And MAGA especially Trump thrive's on.chaos and division, gaslighting and outright lying. He has even managed to bury his links to Epstein.
I don't envy the Royal.Family having to pander to him.
Must be a lot of sociopath in the US because the number of people celebrating his death is astounding..

"Such horrific violence will not be tolerated in the United States of America. God Bless the great people of Minnesota, a truly great place!" Trump said.
Now, did Trump react the same? Nah.
But Charlie was a buy on an icon..MLKs murder had a.far different reaction then other political murders of the time..

Did you see my post on the Kirk thread about Trump Junior mocking the attempted murder of the husband of a Democrat in.the public eye,?. I assumed not as you didn't respond to it.
He needed brain surgery and Trump Junior thought it appropriate to mock him on social media. There are trolls and sociopaths celebrating political violence (encouraged by your President ) on both sides, no doubt about that. The problem is the sociopaths celebrating political violence happen to be in power in your country. Just facts,no.judgement of your good self.
I have never thought there isn't extremism on both sides, both are equally dangerous.

Yes, people mocked the attack on Paul Pelosi. But he also didn't die. There's a different level of callousness when you mock the dead.
I do agree with your last statement..And misinformation feeds extremism on both sides.

I have no idea. Were they in office? Kirk wasn't ,yet his death is being treated as far more important than other people who have died as political violence. Right wing commentators and Trump himself are declaring "war" as a result. War against who?? Oh Trump did say, the far left who are responsible for ALL of the hate speech before Kirk's death.
The man responsible for killing Kirk is in prison facing the death penalty despite turning himself in so they don't mean him .I thought they may waive that due to him going to the police voluntarily. A tad naive of me perhaps.
He was only young. Two wasted lives. Why didn't he just ignore Kirk and get on with his own life?He sounds like a scared kid in the texts to his boyfriend.

Americans fiercely defend the right to free speech. Except, it would seem, their president. This was him yesterday:
"I have read some place that the networks were 97% against me, again, 97% negative, and yet I won and easily [in last year's election]," the president said.
"They give me only bad publicity [and] press. I mean, they're getting a licence. I would think maybe their licence should be taken away."

Oh ,wet Starmer just increased pensions by some margin. Farage won't give them a bean, when he takes away the human rights act as the majority of the electorate apparently wants (yep just like Brexit, Turkey's voting for Christmas) he will be able to do anything he wants. Western countries will run the other way as they will lose protections doing business with us. I suspect a lot of people will want to retain their basic human rights so those wealthy enough will likely move.

Trump was such a flipping embarrassment at the state.visit when it comes to Royal protocol. But he has form, he walked in front of the Queen when visiting her, ignoring her completely whilst studying the Guards as she tottered about behind him on the grass.
This time he strode proudly next to a soldier ..leaving King Charles metres behind struggling to keep up. The man just doesn't have basic manners! Whether I agree with the amount of pomp and ceremony surrounding our Royals or not, if you meet them you are informed of certain protocol and if you are someone's guest you don't abandon them anyway. I know you are definitely not supposed to disregard the Monarch and walk in front of them..!
The guy is a classless chump. As for him leering at a radiant Princess Kate when seated next to her (and it was heartening to see her looking so well) he never learns. I suppose questions regarding Epstein were banned from the press conference..

Yes, when in Rome. Hence my point.Trump didn't follow any of the protocol, he is the only President or leader visiting not to. I think he just forgets or think the rules for others don't apply to him. Well sadly when meeting Royalty from another country they do.
When I saw a clip of him armed with a huge umbrella to protect his toupee before boarding the plane, letting his eleven year old son get soaking wet I realised it was nothing personal. He just doesn't care about other people.
