If he raped just one woman, he should be arrested! Rape is a heinous crime.
Yes he should pay in some way if he raped this woman. But you are doing exactly what his detractors want you to do. He's been singled out here and trapped by his own historically bad behaviour to shut him up. Could be he doesn't care that much, and could be that this had to come out in order for him to be even more outspoken. I suspect this won't all go against his popularity because he's giving a voice to what a lot of people believe is going on in the world right now.

I think his career is finished. The only way he could clear his name is by going to court. In cases of historical rape, where physical evidence dried up years ago, it's up to the judge and jury to decide who they believe is telling a true account.
She went there by choice, they were in some sort of sexual relationship....his reputation and the other women who have made accusations against him???
Hard to call.

In what respect? His bad behaviour in the past? The rape allegations? If he hasn't broken the law, he won't go to prison.
All the women he had sex with knew what he was like. They had to, because he was more than open about his sleazy lothario qualities and sexist mindset. He was all over TV and Radio being just that. So, how does go down in a court of law? What laws are broken that he was a dirty dog? Apart from the alleged rape?

Maybe, but there are other entities to determine guilt, and a process to do it.

Given the insight that Rumble have just provided one can be almost certain that platforms such as Youtube get governments pressurizing them as to what channels to demonitize and remove. Twitter have shown that they had the FBI actually have an office at Twitter HQ telling them who they needed to remove or limit on Twitter. We are told that such social media platforms are independent from government (political) interference but clearly they are not or NOT ALLOWED to be.
Ironically, Jack Dorsey went on Brand's show and said basically what you said about how Twitter was bullied by our government. He went so far as to apologize on Brand's show..

His bad behaviour in the past, which include the rape allegation and the alleged sexual assault of the 16 year old schoolgirl.

I agree Syl. Also as I've said, rape is heinous and how come his attitude towards women is ok with some. Not with me it isnt!

He made an act out of sexually denigrating women, odd how some women thought he was funny. All this was before he turned into the Oracle.

In the news just now, he exposed himself to a woman, then laughed about it on his radio show. Vile man!

The Chair of the UK Parliamentary Committee on Culture, Media and Sports, Dame Caroline Dinenage (DBE, MP) who was a Cabinet Minister in the Boris Johnson and Theresa May Conservative Governments has been emailing social media platforms (including Rumble & Tiktok) asking the CEOs to demonetize Russell Brands Channels. Also the British State Broadcaster (BBC) has today published a feature article on its Website saying that the BBC Anti Disinformation Unit have discovered that Russell Brand built up his following on Youtube with disinformation and fake news.
There does seem to be a concerted move to paint Russell Brand as a purveyor of disinformation and to get him demonetized across social media while these claims of rape and sexual abuse are being published by the mainstream media and discussed by politicians.

I'm not sure they'll clink him in irons for being a loud mouthed sexist. He's no worse in his comedic act than Frankie Boyle, who is absolutely loathsome but who packs the auditoriums. In fact, I'd say Frankie Boyle is worse than Brand. What he said about Katie Price fucking her disabled son was just ghastly.

He is horrible I agree.
To be honest, I am getting sick of reading about Brand now...either the women should take their complaints to the police, as they have been requested to do, or live with it, as they have done for years.
Personally, I hope the ones who claim they have been raped and sexually assaulted, DO go down the correct channels and DO make formal complaints.

Take away his ability to earn money, tarnish and silence him at the same time.
All without even charges being filed, let alone a conviction..

Maybe, but it could simply be that one woman decided to speak out publicly at last, and it's given others the courage to follow suit.
I have sympathy for the women, I have sympathy for his wife and children, zero sympathy for him.

Of course it was. He was a darling back then and all of his obnoxious behavior was embraced and considered clever.
But when he got his shit together, calmed down a little and started calling out the corruption he saw in entities he used to be a part of, he became quite the problem.
All of Russell's behavior was condoned when he was saying all of the right things..
