Was it something in particular, or just a steady stream of being a manprat?

He gets aggressive every now and then, not physically anymore I hasten to add. Just hostile. He suffers terribly in the heat, he sweats more than the average person does and it gets really hot in our top floor flat. It has a lovely location , literally 2 minutes away from the prom but not worth the council tax imo, it's a glorified cupboard.
Thankyou for asking though Syl, it's appreciated x

I was interested, men can be such a pain sometimes.
Seriously though, he shouldn't be aiming his aggression at you, heat or not.

The site keeps going down for me today, not sure why.
If guest posts are not being allowed, one reason is because of this.

Latest piss off moment at the homestead....the bath has leaked and water has come through the kitchen ceiling....OH didn't even notice, or hear the loud drip drip drips that I noticed even before I opened the door.
instead of calling a plumber, OH is 'fixing it' himself....and has been doing it for the last 4 hours.
Oh...and the 6ft Christmas tree we planted out 40 years ago in the back garden, seems it has outgrown it's space and the roots are coming up (alarmingly so) in the back garden, so we may have to have it chopped down.

Oh Syl, that's rotten. Bound to be a third, goes.in threes. Hope not!
I had to.have the concrete drilled up for a pipe leak under the floor in my kitchen. That came after the guy who out slabs down in our garden buggered off and left all the rubbish. Had to get a skip. After that a third thing happened, not going into that.
I do hope hub can fix your bath leak Syl. I really feel for you, I know how you feel. Xx

Went out for my birthday meal. The meal was awful. Went to another place for cocktails, took them nigh on 20 mins to even start! When I complained, the manager said I was rude, how's that rude. I said she was serving everyone else, and not doing our order. I told her she should get more staff! Grr when it came it was vile. Yuk!
Other things went wrong, but we laughed. Wasn't going to let this spoil my day out.

Six hours later....Plumber it is, and thank God the kitchen ceiling hasn't collapsed by now (fingers crossed)
Why do some husbands think they are masters at everything??

A tub leak should be fixable, I’m sure. Still a pain in the ass, though.
But your beautiful tree that you guys decorate and light up each Christmastime? 😔 That’s very sad, and it would be a real shame to have to cut it down. Can you get a tree surgeon in, to see if it could be preserved?
