Police Scotland Interim Guidance – Searching of transgender persons and searching by transgender police officers and police staff

“ Can a transgender detainee ask for a separate area search depending on anatomical presentation? 

Yes - a transgender detainee can ask for a separate area search. This means that one half of their body will be searched by one biological sex Officer and the other half of their body will be searched by a different biological sex Officer.”

Riddle me this: So a tranny who has kept their bio vagina and had a sausage installed will entail a female cop examination and vice versa with a male cop? And who searches someone who presents as intersex or non-binary and what about nullification?

Someone pondered over this, put it together and some fool sanctioned it. Utter madness.

More to do with federal funding being withheld rather than what’s right I feel. Damage already done although this is a step in the right direction for current and future females.
