This is the choice for the Super Bowl half time show. 🤷
We have had Prince, The Who, Paul McCartney and other huge stars..
Now, before about a week ago I didn't know how big Bad Bunny was because like most Americans I tend to listen to people who sing primarily in English.
Bad Bunny is huge globally in Spanish speaking countries..
It's not the worse idea in the world. There are millions of people living in South and Central America that would never think of watching the Super Bowl, who might now.
Of course you know who isn't real pleased about our half time show being done in Spanish..
Never heard of them. I expect they will appeal many though.
Them is a he.🤷
Oh I saw lots of dancers, thought it was a group.
Obviously you're in the same boat as most of America when he was announced as the half time show..

They're pruning the tree outside my house. Last time was 15 yrs ago, so you can imagine how wide and big it is.
At 3 they packed up, back tomorrow. I'm so glad it's being done I've now got light in my front room and bedroom. Be even lighter when finished.
Problem is, they left all the leaves by the tree, guess where they ended up. 😡

It's really windy here, if you are having the same weather, with any luck, the leaves will blow away.
Council workers always try to get away with doing the bare minimum.

I have bought loads of lollies and toffee for trick or treaters, last year we had them coming all night, so I bought extra.
So far....just a brother and sister have called.
I knew I should have bought the stuff I like instead of the sweet rubbish kids like.

I didn't bother this year. We didn't have any kids, same last year.

We always get stuff in for the kids at Halloween, but after this year I might not bother.
The brother and sister who called...the little girl, she is three, is lovely, the boy is about 10 now, and he is not a particularly nice kid. He teases his sister all the time, makes fun of her when she cries...he is just not very likeable.
Anyway, his mum rung the bell, I went to the door with a big dish of lollies and sweets, the kid said not a word, reached up, grabbed a fistful of toffees, and left. His mum, who is obviously at her wits end with him, looked very apologetic, but we gave the atttenion to the little girl instead.

Awww poor little girl. That's why I haven't bought anything, we had no callers last year or this year, so I won't buy sweets for them anymore.
Like you, I would end up eating them all

I tend to keep him away from the kids on Halloween.
A few years ago he bought the most horrendous monster rubber mask, when the kids knocked on the front door, he came down the side of the house and stood quietly behind them with the mask on, so when they turned round they got a real fright.
All went well till one little Indian girl got hysterical, ran home, and her dad came back with her, asking if our son was home, (he wasn't) he thought our son had hit her.
Something had gotten lost in translation I think.
