White House blasts Nobel Committee for not awarding Peace Prize to Trump
“President Trump will continue making peace deals, ending wars, and saving lives," Cheung wrote on X. "He has the heart of a humanitarian, and there will never be anyone like him who can move mountains with the sheer force of his will."
And if the ‘sheer force of his will’ doesn’t work out, then he just sics the US military on American civilians. In other words - a ‘humanitarian’ advocating for peace abroad, but he‘d have no problem with invoking martial law at home, or inciting his country into civil war.
(imo) Bottom line here is: He is still insanely jealous of Obama to this day 😂 The only reason he’s craving the Nobel, is because Obama has one.
It's a farce. In my opinion, anyone deserving of the peace prize should be selfless. Trump is the opposite - everything he does is self-serving and designed to work for his own personal advantage.

I mean it's not hard to see that she would sort of be aligned with the same guy that is fighting against the same wretched socialist regime that she is.
Hmm…yeah… OR, how about this: Like most politicians, she’s canny enough to understand that she has to tolerate him while he’s around. And, like most politicians, she knows the best way - the only way - to stay on his good side, is to flood him with flattery. The ‘velvet glove’ approach, in other words.
The reality? Like most politicians the world over, she probably despises him.
That's part of it too I'm sure. She even had Trump saying nice things about her at the end of the day.
But she is a classical liberal (not neo liberal) not some bunny hugging leftist. It's not like she's AOC or Elizabeth Warren. She's more aligned with Milei..

Oh yeah, sure, absolutely.
That’s IF she’s completely unaware that he’s been randomly bombing her fellow citizens’ fishing boats at sea, declaring them to be ‘drug cartel’ boats - without presenting evidence, and without the approval of Congress.
How many boats has he vaporised in recent weeks, 3 or 4?
Like I said, she’s probably doing the ‘velvet glove’ thing, for now ….

‘Have you ever been fishing?’
Eh? Say what now…?
No idea why you’re asking me that, Dawg, but I’ll answer yes, I have. Kind of anyway.
My husband and a bunch of other people once chartered a boat to go fish for…whatever 🤷🏻♀️… in the Caribbean (tuna, I think).
Folks, including a couple of women to be fair, getting all hot and bothered waving massive fishing rod contraptions around - mostly fruitlessly.
Me? I was on the upper deck where the Bellinis were 😎

I’ve just seen this, sorry. And of course, you’re bang-on right.
I can’t help but laugh at the sheer chutzpah of his undignified desperation to score a Nobel Peace Prize! Because nothing depicts a message of ‘peace’ quite like…..
- Renaming the Department of Defence to the Department of War.
- Or unleashing state-sponsored thuggery, courtesy of his untrained feral ICE goons, and then deploying US military personnel within American communities to go help ICE out.
- Or the spiteful revenge he’s taking against any official who dared to indict him for the crimes he committed, then putting these people through the humiliation and the inevitable legal expenses of having to defend themselves in court against the frivolous charges his flunkies dream up.
It could be argued that he’s kind of at war with roughly half the American people these days! But for now at least, he’s still in Obama’s shadow and that’s probably making his guts broil 😂

Didn't take long, Hamas is back in Palestine, armed and killing Palestinians they say helped Israel.
I can see peace is a long way off sadly.

Then you know the boats being blown up aren't rigged for fishing nor are they serving Bellinis..
I'm not saying they have been given due process, nor should we be blowing them up, but these are not folks out fishing..

🤷🏻♀️ Ok…but even if you’re right, given these boats were reportedly located mid-ocean at the time they were bombed, could they and any drugs onboard have made it to American shores? Are they likely to have had enough fuel to get that far?

They make it to Puerto Rico.
Also, they make it to other countries where they eventually get here.
There's no doubt that Venezuelan government is either involved in the drug trade or at least turning a blind eye..
I'm not saying blowing the drug runners up is a good idea, but as long as congress keeps reauthorizing the 2001 use of force agreement, presidents can use that authorization to attack "terrorists" wherever they claim to find them..
