Fort Worth, and especially the Stockyards has become quite the international destination. While posted up at the bar, I had a good conversation with a couple that were Russian born Israeli Jews. While they are still there a stunning blonde comes up on the other side of me and I start talking to her. Turns out she's Lebanese (lives here). So now I'm thinking do I introduce her to the Israelis and start an international incident?
Of course I do..😎
And they get along excellent (turns out she was married to an Israeli)..
After they all bid their farewells two girls with a very distinctive German accent pop over. These poor girls got transferred to Houston thinking they were getting the Texas experience.
After being in Fort Worth a few days, they are plotting on how to get transferred here..😉
I know some folks don't like the touristy turn the Stockyards has taken, I say keep bringing in the pretty tourists and their money.

Sounds good, it's great to meet people from different countries, cultures, accents, especially if they look good too.

Yes it is.
This area has existed for decades as sort of ground zero for where the West begins (it's actually the city motto).
But it was mostly locals..
Now, there's thousands of people there, from all over the planet.
And the women..😲
When I was talking to the Israeli guy he told me how impressed he was with the scenery.
There's something about those "buckle bunnies"..

The Scots are the ancestors to the American rednecks..
More Scots in America than Scotland Madders.
My brother's off on his holidays to America next month.
Going touring round the country.
You might see him, tall, well build, red hair and very likeable.
Scottish accent.
Lol us in a few years
Is he coming to Texas?
I'm not sure Madders, I'll ask him tomorrow when he visits me.
I do know they're starting off in New York because his wife has an aunt there.
He's bringing my birthday present cause he'll be over there at the time.
He's looking forward to it, I think he was bored with Rome and the Vatican the last few years.
His wife is a devout Catholic and he ain't.
I discovered a great author recently called Andrea Mara.
She's Irish and her books are excellent.
I love reading, prefer it to watching the television.
I hope that quote was written by a woman.
You know it was..😎
