"City of London Police recorded a hate complaint from a man who claimed he had been given a dodgy haircut.
The Lithuanian said his barber was âaggressive and roughâ because he spoke Russian, The Sun reports.
It was one of 13,000 non-crime hate incidents recorded by UK police forces in the year to June.
A storm continues over whether guidance around NCHIs is being misapplied after Essex Police dropped its case against Telegraph writer Allison Pearson for alleged incitement of racial hatred over a year-old deleted post online.
A log of the rough haircut incident in Londonâs Square Mile said: âBarber asked him about the present situation in Ukraine, victim stated that all conversations with the barber were fine, but he stated that the barber was aggressive and rough whilst he was cutting his hair.

âThe victim believes this was because he spoke Russian and is a hate incident.âÂ
I have had some horrible haircuts in my time, maybe I should have reported them as 'hate incidents' too.Â
Apparently, another incident that was reported and recorded by police, was when a woman was called a Rottweiler...and she felt she was a victim of hate.
Bloody hell...have the police not got enough to do, dealing with ACTUAL crime?

Things like that they have to record as a hate incident but only because the Home Office tells them they have to. They don't investigate unless it's an actual crime.

A drab, cold miserable day but found something earlier that made me smile.
Â
This melts my heart. The little girl is adorable and the medic is amazing with her. A sweet duo

Â
And this one, reminds me of my daughter when she was a similar age.
Pains me greatly my brother doesn't support the same team as me...anyway
He was at the game on Saturday with his pal who had taken his wee girl along for her first ever football game.
Why is that man lying down?
Why did that man kick him?
Why is that man shouting?
Why is that man swearing?
He said it was hilarious!!
đ
Sweet britches and I took a weekend trip to Fredericksburg, TX..
Your brother might not support the same team as you but you both had the same start in life... as Scotch eggs.
I've always wanted to try those.Â
Â
They don't look that difficult to make..
Very tasty Madders, don't try Scotch Pies.
They're horrible!!
We did indeed Jack but are like chalk and cheese.
Â
My dear little dog has had a haircut...

 Aww suits you doggie! Handsome.
 Thanks Mags.
I'm not just saying this because she's my dog but she is incredibly friendly.
It worries me at times because she trusts everyone and not everyone is nice.
