Decked over for the first time in a year or so, and interesting to read this.
Yeah, NAA, I revealed all myself. Ali was angling to poke me once too often, and I felt bad about giving her the link to that URL, so I thought, fuck it, I'll come clean. Not something I'm proud of, but then again, it was all in the public domain for anyone to see. And yes, you are right others knew about it long before I got told. So, not really 'Well, well, well' at all.
It all floats to the surface in time.. took a while but finally Ali the lump has officially outed the Lemon Woman as the source of her info on Victoria.
I chuckled at her whining complaints of why the "psychic, soap making, belly dancing, healer, super sleuth" had not stepped forward and owned it. Lemon Thing is correct, of course, no one made Ali give it to Dean, she did that all by herself.
Yes, my knob, I decided to contact Victoria when I saw Ali ingratiating herself on Dogs and becoming Vicks new BBF... I have had a few moments of regret, Ali could have been Admin by now. plus Victoria appears to be blessed with her *friends* Ali would have fit right in.
Lol....don't some people take forums seriously?:eds:
I know NAA must have a computer specially designed to house all her grabs and snatches, C&P's....she must have about 10 years worth of info on various people (most of it utterly boring) by now.
I remember the Victoria v Ali v You v Dean debacle too.
Obviously doxing is wrong..but God, Victoria milked that one so much (even though she was happy to see others doxed) she wore the victimised heroine hat far too long.

I was sad to see Victoria be doxed, when she's a self-harmer.
However, Victoria is no angel herself, she has enabled Stooo in his doxing over the years.
Forums are strange places with strange people.

I should have made more of a meal of my dox! I bet everyone's itching to know if I have a wall or not yet!

So is Vicky not a self-harmer then?
So much self-righteousness so little time.

Just be thankful you didn't have a lilo strewn across your front garden.

Hi Kat....most of the forums are dead now....Newsfix is busy, and last time I looked Dogs was still barking along, even though they only seem to have a few posters churning out the same old stuff.

Newsfix is down at the mo. Perhaps a maintenance thing.

^^^ I keep hearing how quiet forums are atm. Funny that IRL most people mention the weather when they meet and in forums most people mention how slow forums are, as a conversation opener. :)
Cannaddalink forum is ticking over OK! I am quite satisfied with the daily level of activity in it. In the summer there's always a dip in forum activity, cos people are busy doing real life things. It's quite predictable. This is my 5th summer at cannaddalimk and I am used to the seasonal drop in activity, so I don't mind at all. In fact it is not as sharp a drop this year as in some previous years. I'm not one to moan.

Each forum serves a purpose, I suppose. Cannadda is a little haven of peace so far as I can see. Dogs has settled down onto a level pegging and seems a much more pleasant place for it. BF has bitten the dust, and not a day too soon. This place just ticks over for those who want to stay in touch from a few of the old forums. Newsfix is very popular and quite busy. I'm not on any others, so don't have a clue about what is quiet or busy other than the ones I mention.

They are the only ones I know of now....and I hardly ever look at Dogs nowadays....I'm happy just to pop in here and post on Newsfix.
Cannys forum was always a nice place to post...obviously it's private, so I cant comment on places I cant see, but it was always pretty busy with some nice posters.

Sad how so many of the really popular forums have either closed or waned.
The Mirror...(probably the biggest and the best) Fresh Horizon, Dallas Digest, Morningstar, all great places to post in the past.

I heard of MorningStar but not Dallas Digest. I might have heard people talking about them but never joined. At least not that I can recall. Some places just look like a big no no, or boring. I tried to join the David Ike Forum as the subjects looked interesting but it wouldn't let me register. Apart from being on a few craft and soap forums, I don't bother so much anymore.

I still like to post on forums...it's a nice past time, more stimulating than reading or TV.
Morningstar was a bit controversial...me and him had some great arguments, but it got so every time I logged on he would pounce looking for another "heated debate" and sometimes you cant be arsed.
Dallas Digest....some of the people on their were so lovely, unlike Brits I was invited to their homes (genuine invites) when my mum died they sent a huge floral display....I found that really touching.

An offshoot is, but it's a lot quieter than DD....I still have a read now and again, but it's a bit too political for me now.
