When I worked for a handouts benefits agency somewhere in the EU a few years ago, many shits used to turn up and claim they did volunteer work on forums as, Moderators.
I always laughed very hard in their ugly face and reduced their benefits. That job was a hoot.

Claiming benefits.
Have some kind of MH problem, and/or phobia.
Have a drinking problem.
Live in a taxpayer-funded flat.
