Whilst Bolsonaro (amongst others) is in charge in South America the Christo-Fascist moron will continue to finish off what's left of the world's most diverse eco-system and I do wonder what future generations will think of those who voted in such venal, 'macho' scum.

Hello Text and JD, nice to see two great posters on the same thread. :-)
The majority of people will never learn as they have short memories, eg, Covid-19. A week or two into lock down even those that were saying it's only flue had second thoughts but the same lot are not out and about and breaching the lock down regs The mass of tress, people in the rest of the workld on the whole feel detached and think it does not affect them. Actually, it is our politicians that could have the biggest impact by helping these countries where the forrest are as on the whole they are poor when compared to north America, EU, Japan, China, etc.

I thought Covid would benefit this :(
Nothing stands in the way of money
Yes I saw this, it's happening all over the world - poaching and illegal logging has shot through the roof. :(
This is so incredibly poignant to watch.
When this Thylacine, the very last of it's kind died it was then thrown away with the trash by the species who had brutally driven it to extinction.
