What makes people behave this way? Because they're ignorant. Tribal. Uneducated. And because they can. This is something we see throughout history. When a person or persons become a mob, or have autonomy, it can bring out the worst in them.

Yes those images are terrible, that poor, poor woman.
Why does such brutal devastation, savagery and atrocities always seem to be going on in one African country or another?
No matter how much aid and support the West gives it just never seems to end.
Be warned reading this article takes a very strong stomach, how on earth can people do that to other human beings?
