Such a brilliant drummer with the legend Stones. By all accounts he was true to his wife, and a nice man. This is unknown in the rock era.
He was 80 so had a good innings. Sad to see him go, but glad he's out of pain.

He was the quiet one, no scandal or gossip about him ...and when you belong to group like the Stones that's a miracle.
RIP Charlie Watts.

RIP Charlie Watts.
I agree - I am amazed he stayed truly faithful to his wife for all those decades with all the groupies throwing themselves at him (even in the Playboy Mansion).
A nice bloke.
RIP.

The Stones put a picture of Charlie's drum kit which said closed and the day he died. Aww they will miss him, they've been together since the sixties. These and the Beatles have always been my favourites from a kid and even now.

I'm sure if Mags objects she will say so.
As long as he doesn't call it me (or you) who cares?

I doubt Mags would be offended by being called a grannie, whether she is up for grabs is very debatable though.

So what if he calls me babe. I call people love, darling, sweetheart, all the time in real life. Don't let it fuss you.
I might be a granny, but anyone would have a job grabbing me
