Have you got a link for that please, I can't find it anywhere. I'm only seeing the reports which said they were carrying out tests to see what breed it was.

I wouldn't leave Daisy alone with a child and she weighs about eighteen pounds.
Once again a child pays the ultimate price for her parents stupidity.

Bringing a dangerous bull type dog into a family situation where kids are under a certain age should be made illegal. It's bad enough with a 'normal' type of dog, never mind one of these.
These type of people think a bad ass dog like this gives them some kind of status. The fucking idiots.

I never left my dog alone around my grandchildren when they were little. I loved my dog, but you never know what could make them snap. Jealousy, noise, etc.

You have to understand dog psychology. Toddlers are at eye level with a dog and that's a threat sign for them if they come forwards to cuddle or maul the dog. Young kids don't realise that dogs like their space too, and will often snap as a warning. The trouble with the pit bull types is they don't just snap, they hang on. That's what they've been bred to do.

Exactly. Kids don't always given them space. They grab them around their neck, can be startling for a any dog.

The problem is that the breeds that require the most knowledgeable owners, often attract the most idiotic.
