Would you like to shed a few pounds or stones, or possibly should do for health reasons?
Do you tip the scales at far too much and feel ashamed?
I could do with losing a couple of pounds but Ive never suffered with being really overweight as I’m very active. Can’t bear being lazy or lazy people.

I could do with losing a few pounds, but I think it's natural to put a few extra pounds on in the winter, also Christmas doesn't help the waistline.
Come spring, I always get motivated to get out more and do more outside activities.

I want to lose 20 pounds or so.
I don't have a scale, but I'd like to shed a few inches off my waist.
I feel and perform best around 215-220 pounds.

Almost 6'..
Even when I graduated high school with a 29 inch waist I was about 200 pounds.

I'm thick.
Here's me at 215-210. It's where I want to be..
I was just kidding. You look good as you are.
I think most of us would like to lose a few pounds...or alternatively, put a few on.
Not many are 100% satisfied with what they look like.

My weight is deceiving. A lot of folks my height weigh 170-180, and people assume if you are my weight, you have to be pretty chubby.
It's why I don't own a scale. My belt is a pretty good gauge of where I am.
I really recommend everyone use a different method than a scale to determine optimal size. Especially with so many women working out. I see very athletic and attractive girls that fret about their weight some times.
Obviously you don't want to be the next Lizzo, but no one needs a scale to know she is obese..

My weight goes up and down like a yo yo. I've been skinny and overweight. But as one gets older, I don't think too thin is a good look. As someone once said to me years ago, "When you get older, you have to choose between your face or your arse."

I would always choose my face...I can't see my arse, so what I can't see doesn't bother me.

Same as you, I don't weigh myself, and my idea of a diet is to eat a bit less chocolate for a day or two. I am tall, so I get away with being a bit heavier than perhaps I should be.
Anyway, life's too short to fret about what you weigh imo....and it's certainly too short to worry about what others weigh.

When younger, had a much slimmer figure, but after a few major ops, my body has gone to pot lol. I am as I am now. Not wasting my life worrying about it.

As long as you are happy that's all that counts Mags.
I need to put on about 3 stone, easier said than done as my health is not very good at the moment.
Phil.

Good luck! That’s 10 big bags of sugar of extra weight you‘re carrying around that you don’t need, it’s not heathy at all xxx
