Not his biggest commercial success by far, but one of my favorites. Not sure if had legions of Parrotheads in the UK, but he sure did here. It's a sad day in Seppoland. He will be missed..

Apparently he had a rare form of skin cancer for then past 4 years and had been battling it.
He and I are from a generation that litterly spent days in the sun without protection and getting regular burns including blisters was just part of life..

Like passive smoking, people were unaware of the dangers.
I still don't normally wear sun cream unless I am abroad....today was an exception, pushing 30c here.
