It's a little odd, but she's maintained her fitness through her pregnancy and not ballooned up.
I'd much rather see a little skin on a fit pregnant woman than some of the beached whales that let us see their blubber in all its glory.

Loads of pregnant women look gorgeous, but exposing the bump in an evening dress looks vulgar imo.
Unfortunately some women, even if they look after themselves and their bumps, do balloon up when pregnant, face, arms, legs, places you wouldn't expect, it's the luck of the draw I suppose.

Why is it only old biddies complaining about this?
I think she looks wonderful/amazing. Theres nothing sexual in this picture. Unlike you see some of the young women pissed up and basically naked in any city/town street on a weekend night.

t may be generational, the way people see these things, though I am sure many younger women have too much dignity and self-respect to show off their pregnant belly in an evening dress cut to expose it.
Pregnant women can look very beautiful, I was told I did and I'm sure Mags did too. There is no doubt that Sienna Miller is also a very beautiful woman....that's not the point.
It's simply a matter of opinion, no need to insult someone because their opinion differs from yours.

I don't understand their need to undress and show all their bits because they think it makes them especially sexy or something.

Why the need to show everyone their belly? Why not just wear a nice top and show it off.
Old Biddies never been called that before.

It's a bare midriff.
I really don't see the issue.
Pregnant women wear bikinis at the beach.
My daughter was on the beach in Mexico at 7 months plus, in her bikini.
She's not going to wear a burka because she's carrying a little human in her.

Of course pople bare bellies on the beach, they also go topless on the beach and wear thongs...so what.
She wasn't on the beach though was she, she was at a fancy dress up event....Big difference.

Apparently she has had some criticism for being pregnant with a much younger mans baby, this is probably her way of showing that she doesn't care, she is flaunting her pregnancy in a very obvious way.
Far too obviously, imo.

So she's dressing much like she would if she wasn't pregnant.
Bare midriff dresses are pretty common for younger women at events like this.
Her tits were not exposed and that's a healthy body, unlike say Lizzo showing off her unhealthy body..

Your daughter went on the beach heavily pregnant in a bikini, that's the norm, people wear bikinis on the beach, pregnant or not.
Ask your daughters if, when they are heavily prgnant, they would wear a dress like Siennas at an evening function, see what they say.

They would probably not do it, but not care if someone else did it.
And this event in this instance was for fashion models. They wear all sorts of things most people don't wear.
I just don't understand why pregnancy should impact how much skin you show. You don't have an open wound, you have an expanded midriff area from a cute little human living in there. Treat that area the same as if there wasn't a little occupant..

I agree a cute little human is living there, a cute little human being that may well be suckling at her breasts in a few months.
Maybe when that time comes she will find a dress that exposes her enormous engorged breasts for public consumption.

But we're not talking about exposing something a non pregnant woman wouldn't expose in public.
I'm say the rules for what you expose don't change with pregnancy.
You don't go out topless, regardless of if your pregnant, but you can expose your mid section regardless of your state of pregnancy.
Too bloody proud, put it away dear.
Sienna Miller shows off her baby bump as she attends the "Vogue World: London" event on the eve of London Fashion Week on September 14,
