Netanyahu reveals Israel will not “occupy” Gaza and will instead help Gaza establish a “peaceful civilian administration.” “We are not going to occupy Gaza - we are going to free Gaza from Hamas. Gaza will be demilitarized, and a peaceful civilian administration will be established, one that is not the Palestinian Authority, not Hamas, and not any other terrorist organization. This will help free our hostages and ensure Gaza does not pose a threat to Israel in the future.”
Good or bad?

It's a great idea in theory.
Ask Iran what they think of the idea.

Congratulations to the "pro-Palestine" movement in the US, Europe, and elsewhere. You refused to call out Hamas, celebrated or excused October 7, wanted a ceasefire without the release of hostages whom you demonized and called "prisoners of war", thought your vicious "activism" would win public opinion & force Israel's hands. Two years later, Gaza is worse off than ever before, and it is about to be permanently lost. You are tools and partners of Netanyahu's vision; you are useful idiots for a fascist terror organization; you are a disgrace - you embarrass me & all sane Palestinians; you embarrass yourselves. Gaza is finished, and so is Palestine - but hey, "from the river to the sea", right? "Zionism is finished", and "long live the resistance", right? Negligent, unintelligent fools.

Good idea, if it works though.

Couldn’t agree more. I support Israel 100%.
An aside: Israel was deemed a good ally to the UK particularly intelligence etc but thanks to Starmer in effect bending a Hamas knee I fear Israel will not forget.

Here are 4 things I always bear in mind, when it comes to Netanyahu.
- It was always a given that the savagery of the 7th October massacre was going to be responded to with protracted (Bibi-style) Israeli shock & awe.
- It’s in his interests to drag the war out, because it delays having to deal with the serious criminal charges he’ll be facing after it’s all over.
- He and his buddy weren’t kidding when pondering the redevelopment of the Gaza shoreline. Potential gazillions to be made there!
- Like his buddy, Bibi is a pathological liar.

In theory, yes, I agree.
Hamas must be eradicated - hopefully, once and for all.
