Not much of a hardship, I think salads are my favourite food, especially with fish.

I don't have an ice cream maker, but I do love Haagen Dazs ice creams.

Home made is better than any commercial ice cream.  But it's an arse to make.

Most home made or home grown is better than any shop bought, but life is too short.

homemade Southern fried chicken with med veg.   By the time I've cooked it I'm not hungry.   It's so much better when someone else does it

I made some honeycomb ice cream too.  It's that rich and creamy it should be illegal.  I love my ice cream machine.  Best thing I ever bought.

One of my favourite meals, with brown sauce. I used to rush home from school when I knew it was for tea. Dawdled when it was mince and carrots. wink

I'm in a salmon phase right now. Last night I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
For some reason I made the scrambled eggs far too milky, so it spoiled the salmon, even soaking the excess up with bread didn't work.cry

I didn't enjoy it one bit.

Ready poached salmon steaks served cold (sainsburys) sliced onion, tomato, cucumber and beetroot in olive oil and balsamic.

Another one who is too hot to cook.

Sliced roast chicken breasts, spring onions, tomatoes and mushrooms all mixed in a dish and seasoned. Too warm to faff about cooking.

 Basically......

"Pak choy and bok choy are essentially the same vegetable, just with different spellings and sometimes slight variations in appearance. They are both types of Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis). The main difference often lies in the color of the stem; bok choy generally has white stems, while pak choy has green stems."

 Now we know.
