You can't.  So don't bother to try.   Be brave and join using a proper one.

You need to have a verified email too.

 Obviously, you've used your email here before.   That's the only reason it would not be allowed a second time.  Try a different email.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Yes, I've used my email here before, but as a guest. I haven't got a clue as to how to get another non-proxy email without changing my long-running IP supplier?

 

Another person has joined up, despite them posting as a guest and using the same IP address? 

 

You know my IP addy and probably know if I've joined before using that? 

I'm a technophobe and would appreciate some help?

 How would you know that? They are hardly likely to broadcast it are they? Nobody is recently joining with a name that's known. People may have been members of dogs and either flounced, got bored shitless or are banned.
