Central government tend to spend the bulk of the cash down south, the north of the country, like Wales always draws the short straw.
I doubt Brexit will make that any worse.

 Some of it did JD, it wasn't enough.

What will happen now is anyone's guess. I fear it won't be anything good.

And no, I'm not a bitter remainer, I always accepted the  outcome of the vote although I did question the motivation of a small percentage of voters.

I'm just fearful what will happen to essential  public services and vulnerable folk if that funding is not at least partially replaced
