Dr synne, i started this thread and unlike those with nothing better to do this was a genuine question. I have just posted on another thread for you to stop mentioning them, eg Dean and co. This way others won't show an interest, either. You are a nice poster, one i like and another nice poster there is sf. imo, it's good you left before one or two of them really started on you. i won't mention the other site again. oh, the decision making process is seeing both sides of the argument but what i have seen of your posts, you only hit back when attacked and even then very polite. as you will be aware, quiet a few posters in the members forums that are still members over there but don't want to post but just read. take care, x.

thank you, i started the OP. I also saw what others said about the dr when I did a quick search. imo, they just want to keep their little group and if a newbie arrives and does not follow their path, then they appear to be game :-(

I think that's true, they don't want any new members, not really. They had two nice members join, the dr a few years ago, and Toke more recently, but after the way Stooo spoke to the dr there was no way he could've carried on posting, and Stooo new that, that's why he did it. The other members were all nice to the dr, except Dean, but that's normal, he's a dick and is like that to almost everyone. Toke doesn't post much on there but I think he'll get the same treatment from Stooo eventually, I honestly think Stooo is disturbed. I say that because he has Dean ,Gabby and budgie still on there when they're the ones that say the most disgusting things, including the racist rants, but they only ever get a few hours ban at a time. That's not the actions of a normal person. Why would someone even want people like that on their forum anyway?
There was another newbie a little while back who seemed very nice, she only posted a few times before hobbit said something quite cutting to her, the poor girl said there and then that she was leaving because of it. Being nasty just because 'you can' doesn't mean you should be, but some people can't help themselves. It's very sad really.

The thing is dogs has always been like that, and to be fair to them no one is pretending otherwise.
I think it gets out of control at times and has some genuinely disturbed/sad/idiotic FM's but that's how it is.
Just as the whine is more fuck you than pinot whateverthebollocks, so it's a little ironic some anons come over here to cry foul and hypocricy when they post at a place that's far worse.
Of course they already know that, it's just a tactic. I for one quite enjoy these forays because it's funny and easy enough to blow out of the water.
