As Bojo slightly lifts the lockdown he isn’t protecting the NHS.

He wants children back at school and parents back to work.

He will have saved a few million on all the elderly who have died in

care homes.

So yes, there will be a second surge, very soon I expect.

Very sunny in most parts of the country, so people will be flocking

to parks and beaches. How many will be wearing masks and social distancing?

The speech he gave yesterday was basically a fuck you all to those that have been in isolation

land to people that have died. Well 36,000 people to be exact.
And fuck you too, to Mister Tom, thanks for your help with the money for the NHS.

@ both ie D and T. I never said it was over and this is why I worry but I do feel positive when the sun is out. I do fear a second wave but not as much as before but come winter, things may dramatically blow up again. I guess the behavior of PM Johnson and his support for a big wrong and now the news as many thought that Johnson was more influenced in following Cummings rather than following the science as they bang on about, daily. People will flaunt this regardless. You only have to look around. The people who live opposite us had a party last night. There were dozens there. It's a joke. Summer is here and people will not obey the rules. Doesn't matter how many politicians you sack, or how much the NHS complain.

People on the whole will follow instructions if the politicians that break the rules are sacked and clarity by supply evidence that they are following the science and not the one with the biggest gob. Near where i live the hospital was closed down today to new arrivals die to Covid. Good weather is guilty of many things, EG riots as more drunks and so on and good weather is tempting more people out and many are saying fuck that when they hear about Cummings and the blatant tripe spouted by BJ.

Two floors below me they had a gathering last night and I've noted more people in the communal gardens and more prams and cycles in the hall areas as more people are visiting. Most where I live don't work and many of those that do are furlonged and enjoying it. The government is twisting everything to suit their political needs IE those at the very top, BJ, DC. DC has been called the "real PM" for many years as he controlled TM and now BJ and the evidence is clear. DC has stuff on all of them hence the blatant support from BJ for a wrong.

We have been releasing people for over 3 weeks. We still have some guidelines but nothing like we had.

Death toll hasn't moved off of about 2 a day for a county of 2.1 million people. It's not going away, but it's not getting worse.

So, let's get this straight. People are so brainless that they think if one politician can go out and about, they can too? They can't think for themselves, given the facts about COVID? If Dominic Cummins theoretically put his head in the oven, they'd do it too?

I'll go back to normal when I see fit. When infections have been down to nil for some time. That's me taking responsibility for myself. I wouldn't let my kid go back to school in June either. Not a cat in hell's chance.

Sadly, our Government are a bunch of colossal tits. This whole fiasco is like shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted. Lockdown should have taken place in the UK back in January when the Chinese were scurrying around in hazmat suits.

And just in case we all missed the point of how idiotic people can be, the queues of sheep yammering for a McDonalds or KFC is almost obscene given the facts that that kind of food does nothing for your immune system.

Oh and the lockdown thing. You may be right on that. But no Country was smart enough to lock down in Jan or Feb(apart from China) of course. Which is different anyway for varying reasons. One being they know more about this frigging virus earlier than anyone!

I believe the experts when they say that the way the virus is being controlled is because people are staying home, not mixing with other households, so older and more vulnerable people are self isolating, and the ones who are out and about, either because they are working or exercising are practicing social distancing.

In more built up areas like London, Manchester and Birmingham, the virus spread quicker because people were on top of each other, when the rules were brought in, gradually the numbers were reduced, and now we see a real downward trend.

People are suffering, but they are staying in, keeping away from friends and family, living a bloody awful life for the sake of society.

So....the self entitled twits who are acting like all these measures don't apply to them, ARE bloody selfish.

The "experts" aren't even in agreement.

It's why there are so many different reactions by different governments all over the world.

The science is still pretty fluid.

None of which are more moral than the others, inspite of what the politicians are telling you.

That's why so many individuals think what they are doing is right.

It's why what I did last night was perfectly legal where I live, yet would get me called all sorts of names if I did it in the UK.

Its the same disease everywhere.
