Why do Dogs Chase The Majority of Their New Members Away?

Unlike here, are not the majority of guest posters on Dogs also members of said forum who are simply not logged in?

I think many are non members - as a few of the recent new members said they were posting as guests before this major DS purge occurred. According to Stooo some of the

hostile guests may be the same guest going on some sort of binge. There does seem to be quite a few DS members that post as guests on Dogs. However because they mainly

come to Dogs to complain about DS politics and to bitch about DS members, there could be others from DS that come onto Dogs that try to disrupt that discussion. It is difficult to

know what is going on except that most new members don't seem to last long.

I think most are actual members, just as I think most of the guest posters on here are Dogs members...either active or banned.

Years ago there was a good mix of members on Dogs. Some real characters. It's always been bitchy but it was also very very funny.

I think Dogs is only worth reading when Fen is active on there. Me and her have had ups and downs, but she never fails to amuse, she is quicker than most of the Dogs posters put together.

I ignored her until she called me a 'Cunt' and i had a pop back and suddenly I was the malicious one.

I’ve never really had a problem with her either. Used to share a few laughs along the way. And despite her actually admitting she’s a nosy mare, she had the good sense to turn down Stooo’s butt-cringe admin offer - so kudos to her for that, tbf.

But she does seem to latch onto whoever’s driving the narrative over there these days, especially when it comes to Gabby & Ragga. Not that Ragga seems to really GAF.

They've driven off pretty much all of their older/long term posters as well; well one person has assisted by her pet owner, If they haven't been perma'd then posters will have posts removed and banned each time they try to post, when hobbit is around anyway.

It's now DS with swearing and only views shared by stoo and hobbit are welcome, anyone posting against come in for ridicule, threats and bans. Rags was one, Mungo and Red are others. There is no discussion in his 'serious threads' because he shuts down anything he disagrees with.

The Arms is just DS, what did you watch on tele and what did you have to eat.

Then they left here and joined Emaul.

Despite knowing each other on SOL they didn't really become friends until they joined Taffy's forum, I think they were both Admins.

Edna was a member there as well.

I think forumotion removed Taffy's forum after all the complaints.
