Kim Jong-un the raving lunatic in charge of North Korea has sunk to a new low to try and solve the food shortage in the country.

The evil little bastard has demanded that dog owners hand over their pets so they can be eaten.

He announced in July that owning a dog was against the law but this latest stunt is beyond belief.

While I'm no fan of eating dogs, I think its important to remember there are humans living in conditions so horrid that eating pets is required to survive.
