I had a whole baked camembert to me sen on Saturday, then a pork crackling roast yesterday and then made some crepes, fried in butter and with double cream.

Do you think that’s ok or too much? I’m only 5ft 1, and 2 stone overweight so do worry, but then I think oh sod it and it is cold at the moment.  I think I eat for emotional reasons due to be lonely, it’s hard to cut down.

Thanks for any advice.

Keep at it.  It'll make you all the more useful when you die.  Then they can hang you out in the garden for the blue tits to peck at.

Am I able to whisper on here like I did in the old days or has that all gone? Just might feel a bit less self-conscious talking about getting some of the blubber off if I can whisper to a selected partner.  I can do it no hands.  The whispering, that is - I can dictate.
