I agree JD, it's gone beyond a joke. Same as the Bradford peados who picked on white girls as they're 'slappers,' their view not mine. They got away with it for so long because they were muslims, and police were scared of being called racist. So they can do as they like then without being arrested! This is England, not Pakistan.

The NEU and Labour candidate are so gutless they actually rewarded the extremists with large cash donations for naming the teacher and putting his life in danger.
Imagine if a white mob was intimidating Muslims outside a school and sending death threats to a Muslim teacher the Authorities would soon be sorting it out.
One rule for militant Muslims and one for everyone else in the UK.

Exactly. Why are they defending them though, what are they afraid of. It can't just being called racist, there's more to this I reckon.
It's fear - all this shit started with the protests about the Satanic Verses burning the book in the streets and Muslim extremists suddenly realised how soft the authorities were for fear of upsetting 'communities'.
Captain Hook and Finsbury Park Mosque sealed the deal.
I lived in a Muslim area when at uni at the time and they became more and more aggressive and intolerant as time went on.
Parts of the UK are now no go areas for anyone not Wahhabist Muslim (cheers fucking Saudi Arabia).
It's a disgrace.

I agree JD it's turning into Englandstan now. Far too many here, more coming. This country is ruined for our grandchildren!
Most people including Muslims just want a quiet life, the trouble is that if you give a fanatic an inch then they take a mile.
For example Hamza being allowed to get away with his hate fulled rantings in and outside Finsbury Park Mosque for so long made us a total laughing stock in the international intelligence community.
Also the brutal and primitive Wahhabist version of Islam which the bloody Saudis promote around the world is becoming more and more prominent here (they fund all the more extremist Mosques and Imans).
That is going to be a huge problem in decades to come despite everyone in authority hiding their heads in the sand for fear of being called Islamophobic or a racist (that always makes me laugh because a faith is not a race).

The bible alone, not to mention other religious books, can be very discriminating against certain groups.
It certainly can - look at the despicable Caste System in Hinduism, Evangelical Christian's hatred of atheists and gay people etc, etc.
By it's very nature organised religion is divisive.
What I mean is that Islam has members of all ethnic groups and races including whites, so does (of course) Christianity and many other faiths so not liking all the dogmatic, millennia old controlling theocratic claptrap can never be 'racist' even though virtue signallers and social justice warriors would love it to be Syl.
'Islamophobia' is a bullshit term recently made up to shut down debate here so that the more extreme Imams, Muslim 'Councils' and Sharia 'Courts' can continue to control the narrative without fear of confrontation.
It's a smokescreen to justify the vile anti-Semitic, homophobic and misogynistic attitudes (especially in Wahhabism) which have no place in a modern democracy like the UK.
They talk about having 'respect' but I have no 'respect' for those views or for those hoping a man gets killed for showing a cartoon of an ancient mass murderer in a class about blasphemy.
This is the 21st century not the 6th.
Rant over!

Any religion that causes division and mistrust of others who don't follow their own cause is wrong.
That may be all organised religious groups. No point preaching love if the very base of the word you preach is fuelling hatred.
I believe in a higher being....no idea what or who, I just think there has to be more than this.
Sometimes I think organised religion is a shield that many people hide behind in order to act badly, rather than a guide book to interpret the messages in order to live a better life for yourself and others.

Evangelical Atheists hatred of Christianity.
No I hate the dogma not people and as long as such institutions don't affect others (which they almost always do) people can believe in any old God they like - there have been thousands to choose from after all.
Nice try though.

An excellent post Syl.

I always love watching this - the desperate look in Haggard's eyes as he was confronted by a bit of logic for the first time in his repulsive life and so off his tits he had to get his redneck thugs to chase Richard off.
I am am sure that Dawkins had a little chuckle that the good old Evangelical icon (like so very many before and after him) turned out to be a drug addicted, corrupt gay hypocrite (he wished Eternal Hell on Homosexual people in his sermons) and who sexually abused very young male prostitutes.
But in the US still send these sorts of people still get sent millions and millions to spend on their mansions and in case Yahweh/Yeshua will strike them down for disobeying.
That's the power of religion.
No thanks.
The human race should grow the fuck up - but it won't sadly.
The light of the brief scientific age is fading and all over the world the primitive darkness of superstition is winning.

Who mentioned you? You are not the only evangelical atheist on earth.

There is no such thing as an 'evangelical atheist' - I simply don't believe in a God/Gods.
I don't go around knocking on people's doors preaching the non good word, nor do I seek to control people's entire lives from birth to death, neither do I wish harm on people for not sharing my views (like burning forever in Hell).
Try again.
