Nothing could put the Catholic Church in a good light if you study it's history - the historical Popes for a start - considering they are supposed to be 'Holy' and 'infallible' I have never known such a collection of genocidal maniacs, nonces, murderers, serial killers and rapists in any other institution.

I am sure the past leaders of Islam are the same or even worse but their history is still not well known here but you only have to look at the (probably fictional) life of their mass murdering 'perfect' founder to have a good guess.
