American model Mary Magdalene has spent well over $300,000 on plastic surgery, including a dangerous procedure to get 'the world's fattest vagina'.

And now the 25-year-old has confirmed plans to have even more surgery on her private parts.

Despite her plans to enlarge her vagina again, the first time Mary underwent the operation she almost died.

'I almost died during [the] procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die,' she previously said.

Explaining the bizarre procedure on the No Jumper podcast, Mary said she wanted her nether regions to look 'inflated' so she could have 'the world's fattest vagina'.

'So basically there's this contraption that you use and it sucks your p***y and then it makes it very inflated, so I told the doctor that I just want it permanently to look like that,' she said.

The voluptuous star said her enhanced vagina now looks like male testicles from certain angles due to the way it 'pushes out'.

This is someone else who has had far too much surgery and in my opinion is mentally ill and won't make old bones.

The Doctors should be ashamed.

Added another three this week, assault, setting off fire alarms and making false crime reports.

Already been charged with making death threats, false bomb reports, libel, criminal mischief.
