That is truly stomach churning, and yes, any so called surgeon who does this to another human being, should be prosecuted.

Omg he was a nice looking man. Why the hell does he want to look like that? 😲

The surgeon should be fired. Surely they have ethics whereby the patient could be mentally ill, so they can only go so far. This is hideous! 😣
