 These people, many that were born in England, were promised they were able to retain and express their own culture in what they were told was a multi-culturalist society.  All they are doing is practising and expressing their culture.   If you want to lay criticism on anyone then look to those that promised them these things.  Of course if they break the law then they should be prosecuted.

To be fair, I thought hooliganism at sporting events in the UK was a time honored tradition.

Seems to me, this brawling is just a continuation with a different sport than folks are used to seeing it centered around.
