"I guess age and life experience is a mind broadener.
Regular Origami and Sumo for the elderly classes have kept mind and body active and flexible over the years, as has riding.
Speaking of fillies (saucy devil) I have only recently given up the saddle....though if the opportunity arises again, knowing me, I will jump right back on, I love a jolly good gallop.
