Violent protests have broken out at schools in Cornwall Yorkshire and Lincolnshire as 'fed up' pupils rebel against new rules which ban going to the toilet during class.
At Penrice Academy in St Austell, Cornwall, students reportedly 'flipped tables' and broke fences over the changes which also forced girls to show a 'red card' when they are on their period.
Meanwhile, pupils at the Farnley Academy, Leeds, were seen standing outside the school with 'disgusted' parents who claimed the policy had 'taken away their human rights'.
Dozens of pupils were also seen protesting outside Haven High Academy, Boston, with one parent comparing its new policy to 'prison rules'.
A video taken at Penrice Academy showed pupils shaking the fence while chanting and shouting, as one parent claimed a girl had been injured during the protest.
My granddaughter told me they have open toilets and have to share with boys. I find that appalling. Last week her friend was abused in one by boys. She was crying and upset. When my granddaughter was late for class because of this, she told the teacher, who did nothing and she got detention for being late!

I don't know what I would have done it they had mixed toilets.
The worst thing for us in High School was we had to wear these ridiculous gym knickers.
Just like pants, they were in the school colours, maroon with a blue stripe.
We were mortified, the boys however could wear whatever they liked.
It was like a Rangers training session, they got to wear football strips, we got tight pants!!

Another thing that makes me glad I'm not a teenager today is social media.
At least when I was at school if you got bullied you got peace went you went home but now youngsters are targeted in their own home.

Playing sport in front of bystanders in navy blue knickers, the embarrassment lingers to this day....ours didn't even have a pocket in for a hankie.
Mine had a pocket, just a wee one on the back.
My new PE teacher nearly caused a riot once when she told us we would have to start bringing in two towels instead of one for drying ourselves after our showers.
"You need a separate one for your bums"
The parents complained en masse!!

I was on the netball team, we used to practice after school in the playground, the boys school was next door...so they obviously had a field day ogling the 13 to 15 year olds in the navy blue knickers.
