The lady must have been a contortionist or dancer.

For the credulous it must have been terrifying!

When I was a about 15, I was home alone and it was very late and both my parents were out working. They both worked in clubs. Then I heard all this banging around as though someone was running around my parents bedroom. I went up to investigate and the room was empty. I went downstairs and it started again...footsteps running around the room. Twice I went up and twice the room was empty and in darkness. It went on for hours and I was really perturbed. In the end, it got so bad I had to let the dogs in from outside and sit with them in the kitchen til my parents got home. We would all hear a female sobbing in the house but there could never find her. The lights would snap on and off. It was a large Victorian house. No wonder I'm not scared of shit like this.

And it's not even remotely funny.   I don't know why people do this kind of thing, it could seriously give someone a heart attack or fit, and they should be arrested.
