I should exercise more, I stopped doing my weights this year, I will try to start again.
Almost everyone, including me, puts on a bit of extra weight over the Christmas holiday, so I will lose it again, once all the chocolates, cake etc have been eaten up.
The older I get, the less organised I seem to be, possibly because I don't have to keep to a routine now....so I could sort that out.
A new year resolution is part of a conspiracy to get us all brainwashed into following the Gregorian Calendar. Be free and say no to the Gregorian Calendar.
Phil, how are you managing to post if you've left your other accommodation? It's a bad time of year for depression etc, so try to be strong. We keep telling you to ring the Samaritans. They are very good at helping.
I made one last year to read the bible and I have, heavy going at times though.
I still keep a diary after making it a resolution a few years back.
This year I intend to a crossword or Sudoku each day.
Plus stitch those projects that are gathering dust.
I tried that years ago and failed where it got to and Joe begat Fred and Fred begat George and George begat Johnathan and Johnathan begat Steve and Steve begat Albert and Albert begat Eric and Eric begat.... and on and on and on begat even more begats!
