I was thinking that maybe I should (or someone else) create a "miscellaneous news" thread - to post things such as this - rather than creating a new thread that acts as a hurdle preventing people posting miscellaneous news items. I remember reading something and thinking that I should post it as it might also be of interest to others and then I thought about it should go into a Miscellaneous News and then I started looking at other whinge threads and thought no I don't have time to think up the foreword to the thread - and now I have forgotten what news item attracted my attention - as I view so much "news" content - and it eventually all fades into an impression of news outlet narratives.

If you are the same anonymous who comments on several news topics, why not join? They seem to be short of regular members, you would be an asset with your insight.
