Explain everything and see what help they can offer.

I don't go to pubs. I go to supermarkets and get bottles of gutrot wine and. Cheap super cider. I really don't care anymore. As far as myself goes if I was a young, fit male immigrant the authorities would bend over backwards to accommodate my every whim. Fuck them. Once she stopped drinking she was a beautiful soul.  No it hasn't.  You are your own worst enemy.

Another possibility.   Go to your local library (assuming they haven't all been closed down).  Join if you are not a member.   Once you have a library card then ask the librarian to help you set up an account on the library PC network.   Once you have an account, log on - set up an email account ... et cetera.   Report back if you have any difficulties.
