I don't know how to link videos but watch 'Sonny Liston - boxings most intimidating and unwanted champion.' on YouTube. It will open ypur eyes and break ypur heart.

My dad loved Liston.  He  felt he threw the fight with Clay (Ali).  Was a strong powerful boxer.  His eyes were black and scary in boxing.mode.  I liked him, though Ali was.my fav.

This has been analysed on Youtube and there is an angle that shows that it was a proper punch (not a phantom punch) = pull counter = counter punch

 Ahh ok, thanks.  The other time though was when he refused to come off the stool for the next round, I think that's what my dad was referring to.

Regardless this man walked right through the biggest puncher of the 50s in Williams. Ali was the greatest but a prime late 50s would have ran him close. Perhaps around 9-6 or 8-7.

Still not found a flat yet. I lnow everyone dislikes me thanks to to a stupid comment I cant temember but fwiw I miss this site. Just about twisted to the biggest fight of the century. Fury on points. Phil.

Fury has pisssed all over his legacy. So very sad as at his best he was truly special.
