Lol...I have to say, I was so busy, I didn't miss you lot either.
Went here one day, it was good fun. quickly learned that the nearer the big swell we got, the less chance we had of getting knocked over by the smaller waves at the front of the pool.

Yup, like at the beach. You need to be out beyond where the waves break, so you just bob around a little. After they break, the knock the snot out of you.
I love the actual beach, and a place we go to has quite a wavy beach, like you say, if you get past the waves it's usually a good place to swim.
A few times though, what we call a rogue wave, breaks further out....and we get what I refer to as 'washing machined'.
I am not that great at diving under the waves, so I get the full force of them.

Glad its sea water. Theres a lot of people in that pool, and I bet they aint getting out to relieve themselves.
Vegas has some pools that are packed full of humans. The only way to keep it sorta clean is tons of chlorine in the water.
