Kiddies stabbed in Southport

I've moved my post to it's own thread as apparently one of the kids are dead.   Whether this is true or not I'm not sure.   My brother texted me about it about 30 mins ago as his daughter has had to take her kids out of school as they are shutting them down.  Apparently, it's a nursery.  Man been arrested.    Dear God. What next?

This needs to end now. Our Government needs to come down like ton of fucking bricks on people carrying knives. We need more prisons. We need more stop and search.

 I doubt this was some random tough guy carrying a knife. 

 

I'm sure every kitchen in the UK has plenty of knives and if a lunatic wants to take one out of the house and use it on a room full of kids, you'll never be able to stop them.

 

This isn't your typical knife crime where someone escalates a fist fight into a knife fight..

I've read a half dozen articles and i know its still early, but there seems to be several people who saw and heard what was happening, including one man.

They said they "phoned" the police as they were horrified, blah, blah.

Where were the people that heard and witnessed this and rushed into the building?.

If I hear little girls screaming and see them bleeding, I'm getting a bit more proactive.

Maybe some did and it's not being reported yet?.

I grew up in Southport and lived not far from Hart Street. it was a lovely town way back. Quiet. Rarely any trouble.

According to some news sources...

17 year old Ali-Al-Shakati was on M16 watch list and was known to Liverpool Mental Health service. He was an asylum seeker who came to the UK by boat last year.

Two children have been confirmed dead, nine are injured, six are in a critical condition.
Two adults are also in a critical condition.

The children are believed to be between the ages of two to six.


It's just so utterly tragic.

What can make a 17 year old hate so much he can enter  a classroom of young children and stab them at random?

This is awful beyond belief!
Southport for those who don't know has a reputation for being a very quiet relaxed place.
Just up the road from Liverpool but so different from Liverpool might as well be on another planet.
Where scousers go to retire.
If this does turn out to be a Muslim asylum seeker all hell may well break out.

He was born in Cardiff according to BBC, so unless he's seeking asylum from being Welsh ....... can any of you ever think anyone white can do horrific things, or is it always just going to be same old blame asylum seekers?

If he was born in Wales as is now being reported, it doesn't necessarily mean he is white.
