When our government put illegals first, free dental treatment when many Brits have to pull out their own teeth because they can't get an NHS dentist, free food when our own have to use food banks, free housing when we have our own living on the streets. It's no wonder.

These riots were predictable. Lots of us have seen this coming. And there will be a civil war soon if we're not careful.

I think this has been building for years.

We have had riots before, I remember the Manchester riots 40 years ago, my cousin was a young police officer, she was in the midst of all the looting and violence.
Then in 2011 another wave of rioting and violence, starting in London and spreading throughout the country....now this.

I don't know whether this latest bout of unrest will die a death and just simmer in the background for a few years, or whether people really have had enough of this, and previous governments treating people who have contributed here for many years, be they black, white or in between, with such disdain.

I honestly think the latest move of stopping winter fuel payments to some of the older neediest people in the country, the ones who are not on free handouts and benefits, whilst advertising how many millions a day it costs to house people who have come here illegally....is a straw that may break the camel's back.

As to how we fix it....politicians actually listening to ordinary people, clamping down on online propaganda, policing fairly for all, not just minority groups....that would be a start.

But talking about fair policing for all....The thugs at Manchester airport who attacked the police, breaking a policewoman's nose were free to go home that night.
The thugs who have so far been identified for throwing rocks at police over the weekend.... are in custody.

Exactly. It's rules for them and rules for us. How can they Imodium these people, thought they had no room,.

We have been let down by successive governments since Bliar started the whole thing. I doubt it will go away people have had enough of our country being taken over.

Our homeless get the streets, whilst illegals get warm comfy hotels paid by us! So.many young fighting men aswell. I see a civil war brewing, I've said this for a few years now, that or a revolution.

I don't think the media help either, all I see when I turn on the news are roving reporters and cameras capturing the rioting thugs all over the place.
These masked idiots will love seeing themselves on TV.

This is all being done in supposed revenge for the children that were stabbed in Southport.
Yet oddly, there has been 99% coverage of rampaging thugs, and 1% coverage of how the remaining six girls and two adults are doing in hospital.

Starmer mentioned the riots and what he is doing about that, , no mention of the poor kids and families, nor of the.kid who murdered them, nor of the Muslims walking free after attacking the cops. He is all for protecting the muslims, why? What are they afraid of?

It was definitely the catalyst, not helped by false information online, but this was brewing anyway.

Starmer is an idiot, he just doesn't grasp what's going on. His address has done nothing but add fuel to an already volatile situation.

in what form do you believe this civil war will take place?

how will you attack the establishment that disarmed you years ago. Throwing bricks at armed soldiers isn't going to work

The definition of a civil war is a war between organized groups within the same state or country. The aim of one side is to take control of the country or a region, to achieve independence for a region, or to change government policies.

How do civil wars start? Let's look back at history.

The causes of the English wars are complex. But at the centre of the conflicts were disagreements about religion, and discontent over Monarchy and/or Government use of power and economic policies, and grievances which centre on conflict as a response to socioeconomic or political injustice. Sound familiar?

It will take the form of more riots, bigger grievances and resentment that will escalate as factions react to the provocations of each other. It will get more and more violent in direct relation to the level of fear it produces.

Let's hope it all dies a death without any deaths happening. I'm guessing that if it does escalate they'll have to bring in the army to back up the police.

GMP Chief police constable has said today he doesn't think the army will be needed to be called, he says they are not trained to deal with the riots that are happening right now.

If this spate of rioting does die down, as it has in the past, unless things change drastically in this country, in the near future, some other event will spark unrest, and the next time it will be worse than this....and so it will go on, and eventually there will be many deaths.

I think things would have to get a lot worse than this before the army are roped in.

I had to laugh at last night's news, police were taking fingerprints on the wall of the Holiday Inn in Rotherham, where dozens of yobs had stormed in.

Not sure they would manage to find any clear prints on a public wall.
